Based on the true story of Errol Flynn’s stay in Majorca, El ecuador de Ulises reflects on the importance of believing in dreams.

Errol Flynn (June 20, 1909 – October 14, 1959), immoderate vagrant, and modern embodiment of Ulises’s myth, arrived during his particular quest for Ithaca on board of the Zaca to the Majorca of the 1950s, when this Mediterranean island was still heavily anchored in its past and traditions. The presence of Hollywood stars like Flynn, Ava Gardner, John Wayne, or Rita Hayworth, brought a touch of glamor never seen before, as well as a mighty view on the world beyond that was curtly silenced by the regime.
